When will my order arrive?
Every order is dispatched within 1 working day and tracked. UK Standard is £3.95, or complimentary on orders over £75. UK Express is £5.95 for next working day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Where is my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If it hasn’t arrived when expected, send us your order number using the form and we’ll look into it.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or damaged items are always covered. See our Refunds and Returns page for full details.
How do I use the serum and mask?
Use the PDRN Recovery Serum morning and evening, anywhere you see fine lines. Use the PDRN Overnight Sleep Mask two nights a week as the last step of your evening routine. On mask nights, apply the serum first.
Is LAB33 suitable for sensitive skin?
Both formulas are designed to be calm and barrier-first. As with any new skincare, patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using and rinse with water.
Can I use LAB33 while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before using any new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
